My experience with Godby was fantastic! Will was at my house many times over a 3 month period during the renovation of my home. He found the issues, explained things well so that I understood what needed to be done, and did great work!

They do quality work, but found the sales rep manipulative. I asked multiple times for them to remove our old furnace after replacing it and they never showed up at the scheduled time. They also quoted us for an unnecessary amount of work on the last two quotes we got.

Ps. I did the receive a phone call before buisness hours ? (over a year ago) and called back when I was awake with no one answering my call. I feel the issue is clearly mentioned above, and would still be an easy completion of the job by removing the 300+ lb. old furnace
