My experience with this company has been excellent! I purchased a new water heater from them about a year ago. Their service was very prompt. They called me back within 15 minutes, and I had a new water heater within 2 hours.

I recently had a leaking sprayer on my kitchen sink. It's a fairly old sprayer and Lowe's didn't have what I needed. I called Mr. Weilhammer and rather than come out and charge me with a service call like most companies would, he asked me to send him a picture of my sprayer. He them responded and said he had a hose like mine and left it for me to pick up at his store and didn't charge me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Anytime I have a plumbing issue, he will be the first person I call.

Collin was very knowledgeable & provided several options & thoughts to help alter & fix the problem. He also arranged for the comfort control person to come back at my convenience to get price quotes & explore options even further. Very satisfied with his service. The office staff was very informative with the arrival of the service guy.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
