They complete the rough in's on all of our Custom Tiled shower installations.
They complete the sink hook ups after we install new countertops or bathroom vanities
They have set multiple tubs & fiberglass shower pans for us, & they have repaired several broken flanges.

They are timely and responsive, not to mention that most of the staff know me by name.

Lastly, all of their Technicians are knowledgeable, Friendly & Competent. - and I believe we have met nearly every one of them on our jobsites.

We were having our Family Christmas gathering on Friday the 30th. We were deep in preparation for the party when we noticed the hot water heater was leaking, and we had no hot water. After calling the first plumber we were told they could not come out until Tuesday. The 2nd came to give us a quote, but could not install until Wednesday! Finally, I remembered those commercials we see EVERY weekday about Carter's My plumber. We called them and sure enough, they were not only able to come same day for an estimate, they were also able to install that day as well. Christmas was saved, and got a better deal and price than what the others offered. Taylor came to install the new system and he was quick, courteous and professional. Shout out to Taylor...the man deserves a raise or bonus!Thanks so much!

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days. Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
