I was set to have a speculative property quoted for refurbishment; a week before the inspection I called to make sure the project was the kind they would be happy to work; I was told yes. As the work was speculative, I offered to pay for the quote, as there was a reduced guarantee of work; I was told it would be for free. Two hours before the inspection, I was contacted and told it was something they didn’t normally do, so they were not going to support the viewing. I easily could have found someone else to do the work if they had just been upfront, and I would have respected their decision. Very poor professionalism, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. Move on to someone else you can trust from the beginning.

Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!
