Very dissatisfied with yesterday's visit. This is a major bummer as I've always been so satisfied with the customer service, and always call here first. The salesman that came out yesterday was rude and condescending. If I hadn't have needed to hear what the final sales pitch I would have already asked him to leave for speaking to my wife in the manner that he did. Unfortunately I most likely will not call again as I won't invite someone into my home to disrespect my wife. No reason whatsoever in him being the way he was, my wife simply asked questions, to which his manly ego couldn't handle. Shame
