Only Company I will ever use and it's because of the caliber of high quality people they employ. Had some standing water by my water heater and had Chris came out. He showed up an hour before the scheduled window. He did a thorough inspection, unclogged the pipe and determined it wasn't a crack with the water heater-which was great news. We then went over options for a water softener which I will purchase from Summers in the near future. Chris knows everything there is to know about water softeners and is the biggest reason I will purchase from Summers.I was concerned that there was some water that had leaked into the plenum of my furnace. He called dispatch and within one hour there was an HVAC Tech at my house, David G. He did a full inspection of my unit and determined there was no damage and further there was only one trip charge which was nice. He then went over options for upgrading my UV light and resealing my unit and addressed all my concerns and answered every quesstion. Again, he struck me as a very competent Professional who is an encyclopedia of the subject matter.If you want a thoroughly competent, professional, with no up-sell gimmicks that knows what they are doing; call and ask for Chris-Plumbing or David G.-HVAC. They are the exact type of employees I would want if I owned a business like Summers and do an outstanding job representing their Company.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.
