Richard was on time. He checked sump pump and found no problem. He replaced cartridges on bathroom faucet and checked all connections to ensure no leaks. Also replaced very old water intake connections. He showed me what to do to ensure that I would not have problems again.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
