DO NOT USE THEM!!! Our kitchen sink was backed up. Based on Next-door reviews I gave Gurney Bush a call. A technician came out on a Thursday but looked at the plumbing and said he couldn't snake the drain. It would need to be replummed so he scheduled their plumber to come out the following Tuesday morning and I would get a call 30 minutes before arrival. By late afternoon I called them. They were sorry. Still on a big job ... can they come tomorrow. I said yes, but please come this time because I have standing water in my kitchen sink. Received a call on Wednesday morning ... still busy can they come Thursday morning. Received a call Thursday morning ... can they come Thursday afternoon. That was the last I heard from them. They didn't show up. They didn't call. They left me with a week of standing water and clogged drain in my kitchen sink. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Very professional , courteous and pleasant to work with. Installed my complete Gas line to my home , cleaned up any mess and did not leave until it was inspected. Arrived timely even the slightest delay was related to me by text. When I say this is the Company for your plumbing needs, Mr Jonathon Rooter man Service is . I'm happy to have Service restored to my home. Got very good Service and at a price that was affordable.The Warranty is great as well

Had an appointment for Feb 13th, made weeks in advance. The employee said he couldn't get the above ground lid off. Says he will be back in the morning. I call in the morning amd receptionist says it will be that afternoon amd I will get a call, that's others are in front of me. I get no call and no service. I call this morning and the receptionist says she was not notified. I say why are you doing other appointments when you didn't make mine. She says the appointments were made 2 and 3 weeks ago. Hello so was mine. Definetly not a reliable company besides that other companies are the same price with I'm sure 100 percent better service.
