Great experience from start to finish. Their technician did a great job replacing a broken garbage disposal. He also quickly diagnosed why our bathroom plumbing kept clogging up and even replaced a supply line that was leaking after we turned the water back on under the faucet for free! They followed up after the job was done to make sure we were happy with the work. Thank you bluefrog!

The owner and the technician (Chris) both went above and beyond to provide an excellent service in replacing my water heater. Excellent in every way. I highly recommend their services.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

Brian and Romeo went above and beyond! They were very kind and informative. They noticed a problem that my past plumber hasn’t and had it fixed. They came very quickly and on time and had everything fixed and ready to use within an hour. Thank you so much! Very affordable too. I would definitely recommend them. A shout out for the lady who I made the appointment with she was very understanding and always kept in touch and gave me a good estimate in which I wasn’t charged above it. She made sure I was ready and also called me to inform me of available slots in which they can come earlier to help me. Thank Again ?
