I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

I just found Acosta plumbing solutions online This morning I called them and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be at our house in the afternoon on the same day. Isaias Martinez the technician with his coworker came on time did the walk through of the leak. Within 10 minutes they were able to diagnostic the root cause of my leak. We talked about what we were looking for and what was realistic for our budget and as we were talking Isaias recommended that one of our upgrade to fix this leak be to add a T line in the main drain and connect it to the AC drain so that it will shut down the AC to the house if a leak or a rupture is detected. After hearing about this solution we decided to fix the it was a good idea and requested and intervention right away. Isaias and his team were able to complete the work and stopped the water leakage in a very professional matter within 45 minutes. Needless to say it was a great diagnostic and great intervention because our water leakage was already causing enough damage to our house.Thank you Ascota Plumbing Solutions for performing this job and thanks to Isaias and his team for finishing everything up everything today!
