Best Water Meter in Houston TX

Though I did not use the company, we went w our family plumber, they were very attentive. The serviceman, Duane, was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I understood. I will keep them in my contacts to call for my next plumbing nedds.

I went with this company because of all the great reviews but I had horrible experience with them. The 1st appointment no one showed up and when I called they said technician was running 2hrs behind. There was no courtesy call to inform of this delay after we were already waiting 2hrs. I rescheduled and the tech came out for all of 5min just to tell me would need a new toilet and could not just replace tank. I don't understand why they couldn't tell me that based on the picture they requested. I still decided to give them a chance but their quotes were ridiculous and the person I was speaking with had no clue what was going on. Every question I had was responded to with well that's not on the website. I don't know. Very disappointing

They were great, they did more then we originally asked and didn't go over the budget we had discussed, they were professional and did good work!

They are the best very affordable works with you they are determined to find the problem and fix it correctly. They are family-owned company been around for many years I wouldn't trust anybody else...

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Called them about a tankless water heater giving an error. The guy showed up the first time and said he needed to clean something out and tighten some screws that it would fix the issue… it did not! We called them out again Monday 4/4/22 the technician shows up calls the water heater manufacturer and is told to check the gas pressure, the tech didn’t have the correct tool to check the gas pressure so he said he would be back the next day. We never heard from them again, I even called the office to see if they would be finishing the work or not and nothing. We had to hire someone else that did have the correct tools and fixed the problem in 15min. We will not be using Pegasus Plumbing again.
