I am a skeptical person when looking for help on the internet, but talking to Kenneth he was very professional and explain to me what it will cost me. I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.
