I am a long-time customer of Abacus and, with cold(freezing) temperatures forecasted for our area, I called for advice on protecting my water treatment system installed by Abacus. DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. The starter for the compressor went out last night and I called Turbo Home Services at 5:30am this morning and Michael was here by 10am and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and was very quick in identifying and resolving the issue. Michael communicated the issues and he was able to get the AC back up and running as it should in about 30-45 minutes which was great! This is a really hot weekend in Houston so I am very happy that we have AC. Thanks Michael and Turbo!
