He came to my home during off hours, on a Sunday morning to repair and reinstall my water heater after we found a leakage the night prior. He was very responsive and did a great job. So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Ethan has been great. We had some issues with the installation and Ethan personally came out to check and let sure we got everything set up how it is supposed to be.
