Friendly and professional staff. Arrived later than originally scheduled, but called me ahead to inform they had an emergency and were therefore running a bit behind schedule, which I understand and didn't mind because they kept me informed. Sent a SMS with name and photo of the repair person when they were on the way, so I knew who to expect at my door.Listened well to understand the problem. Fixed issue with water heater very promptly.
