Best Plumbing service I've seen being New to Houston.. they communicate well with customers and my problem was resolved...I would highly recommend this business

I set up an appointment for TDT Plumbing to snake a drain line. I was provided their hourly rates so I could have an idea of what my total might be, which sounded fair and competitive to me. They were right on time and got straight to work, all while thoroughly answering all of my curious questions. I also needed an old gas valve and sewer clean-out cap replaced, and they were happy to help with that too since they did not have a pressing appointment after mine. They cleaned up their work areas as they worked and wore the necessary coverings/PPE, so we couldn't even tell they were there. I was glad to meet these guys and they will definitely be the first company I call for future plumbing issues.

Amazing customer service both on the phone and in person.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. Shawn is a great plumber and very responsive. He was a life saver after the big freeze and I highly recommend him.

They made the leak worse and left. Worst service I have ever had. Do not use this company.
