Have used them 4 times now. Twice for repairs and twice for maintenance. They have never left my house without telling me I needed at least $250 worth of repairs. One quote was $500. I got a second quote for the same work done for $150. Last visit the tech spent 10 minutes looking at my system and 15 minutes writing up a bid to replace a 4 ton unit for $22,000-$30,000. They hire salesman not hvac techs.

Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!
