We had a simple electrical issue that needed to be fixed quick. Our appointment was booked same-day and Alex R. came on time and was friendly and personable. The problem was fixed in 5 minutes and then he proceeded to do the complimentary 15 point check that was included in the price. We will definitely be calling him again the next time we have an issue!

They came out right away and were on time. Helped diagnose a high humidity issue and will install a de-humidifier.

The technician was good in identifying what exactly was the issue with the AC unit. The fix still needs to be done but I now know where exactly the issue is.

Jared and Johnson (the A/C installers) were very responsive to moving the temporary coolers for our comfort while he worked, gave us the option of working late at night or coming back early the next morning, and reran a leaky A/C vent line that was damaged and wasn't outputting cold air like the other vents.
