They were kind enough to offer me a same day appointment for my AC issue when it suddenly stopped working. The tech was punctual and worked until the issue was resolved. Due to the way my HVAC was wired, he couldn’t install the smart thermostat, unfortunately, but didn’t charge me for the work. One thing you can improve on is providing your techs with PPE, the tech didn’t have shoe covers (I provided plastic bags), and he eventually removed his mask.

Just wanted to get a quote on some work to be done. Derick was very professional and nice. Gave us a good idea of what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Very good attitude and not overbearing on any type of sales pitch. Appreciate his honesty and explaination of services. Will consider him when we decide to get the work done.

Mr. Vossler was responsive and polite over the phone but his technician showed complete lack of professionalism. Ricardo showed up to my house on the wrong day, without even calling ahead when he was on his way. In order to replace my water shutoff valve, Ricardo wanted to use a dirty old part which had been rolling around in his van, and he gave me attitude when I asked for a fresh part so I could have confidence in the longevity of the new valve. Ricardo also increased the quoted price without justification. After calling Mr. Vossler to complain, he told me he would make it right but he has never followed up on his word.
