Abacus did an excellent job of installing a new a/c system for me. Their plumbing service is also very excellent, the plumbers identified my outdoor cleanout trap system was broken. My toilets were backing up and they quickly sent over their installers to fix that problem. They came out in the rain and made repairs. Excellent company and excellent employees that can take care of your home issues. Thank You!

Called Pickett to come and replace leaking gaskets on three of my toilet flush tanks. I needed this urgently because the house was being shown. The cost quoted to replace each leaking tank gasket was $317. I needed gaskets replaced on three toilets, the total being asked was around $830, apparently discounted price. With sticker shock, we called around and were able to get the work done by other licensed plumber for less than 1/3rd the price. Leak gone, all is well, saved from being ripped off and being taken advantage of. Wasted $69.99 for trip charges. Please watch out.

The technician was very friendly and let me look over his shoulder while he was maintaining my heating system. He also explained what and why in the steps he was performing. I learned a lot by this experience and that is super cool with me!

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
