We purchased a home in a gated neighborhood almost a year ago. We had major plumbing work and had four companies give us outrageous quotes without understanding the scope. Other plumbing companies were fired for make-up work to pocket the money or never pull a City inspection. Acacias Plumbing worked on redoing our plumbing system on 3 ½ bathrooms, new patio, kitchen, and every location where we had water issues. They even fixed other plumbers' mistakes. Horrible company, they don't appreciate their employees and they hire people who don't know what they are doing in order to save on payroll. The few people that do work hard they take advantage and then throw them aside when they are thru with them. This is a trash company, they have no integrity and i would not trust their work. Do not hire this company if you want the job done right!!! The new management team is pure trash and don't know how to manage this company efficiently. Find service somewhere else

I broke my water line between the meter and my house on a Saturday morning. These guys had a plumber at my house within 2 hours. Work was performed well and promptly. Price seemed fair. Will definitely call them for future needs.

Called and scheduled for someone to take a look at plumbing. No one showed up. Tried to call them. No one picked up.

Charlie came to my apartment in Cypress and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about 30mts late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, charlie was helpful in returning my calls to their office to let me know charlie was on his way.As several other reviewers have said, Charlie charges a fair price (by Houston standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.
