My newly installed tankless system stopped working and was flashing a code 17 (contact tech support). I called the Hot Water Guys and they scheduled a same say appointment. Brian showed up on time and was very professional, he had my hot water up and running in about 45 min. These guys know tankless hot water heaters inside and out!
