I've had two different technicians from Roto-Rooter come out to help me with my plumbing services in the last year, and they've both been nothing short of courteous, friendly, and professional. The service turn around was very quick, and they did not beat around the bush with estimates and price.Thomas first came out on Saturday to check on my faulty water heater, the pilot kept going out. The water-heater was 11 years old, so it was not a surprise to us that it needed to be replaced. Thomas provided me with an estimate on Saturday, and returned on Tuesday for the installation. He went out of his way to make sure that the installation was not only safe, but that all components and valves were easily accessible without having to squeeze around the water heater (how it was before). I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs. Thank you, Thomas!
