Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. I agree with the previous reviewer. People giving them favorable reviews must be family. They just did not show up to their first appoint, I rescheduled for the next day and they called me 40 mins after the appointment time t let me know the plumber was running behind.I specifically asked if they were going to be able to make it that day and they confirmed YES, never showed up again, never called with an update again, never answered the phone again.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go somewhere else as these people are terrible.Ps. I gave them one star because there is no option of giving them no stars :@
