Jarod Johnson, “Dr Drain”, was our tech - he was super helpful and friendly! He was very quick and gave us some great tips! He explained the service that needed to be done and he was very professional! The charge was very reasonable. I also liked that we could schedule our appointment online and they give you a 30 minute call prior to coming out.

Leo took my call just after 6 a.m. He and Mario were in my home most of the day investigating and repairing a leak. They worked very professionally and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend them more…they were terrific. I appreciate their work.
