Rip off artist charge a friend $250+ for a plumbing repair that took me 10 mins to rectify, avoid this scam artist at all cost, doesn't even deserve one star.

I hired this company to fix some plumbing at my residence and during the process of them fixing the problem they ended up breaking my dishwasher door, when asked about it. They lied like they never touched the dishwasher which was very confusing because they had to remove the dishwasher to fix the plumbing problem. Im In disbelief because my dishwasher worked perfectly before they started any work. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

After calling 6 different companies claiming to offer 24 hour services at 10:30pm on a Saturday, Aldo was willing to come out in an hour. He recognized the urgency of our situation with small kids involved. He was very professional and kind. He respected our home and was careful not to touch door knobs after working. He solved our problem and even expressed humor and kindness throughout a stressful situation in the middle of the night. He also recognized our builder did not install toilets correctly and offered to have his crew come out the following day to correct this. They did follow up and that crew was just as kind and efficient. I now know who to call if I need anything in the future and would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.

They didn't show up, and couldn't be bothered to call to say they couldn't make it.Called them in the morning, they said they'd be out late afternoon. Got my phone number, said they would call before coming. Didn't hear back. Knowing their office closed at 5pm, I called them to ask when they'd be out. They seemed very confused, put me on hold a long time, then asked if they could come out in the morning.I prefer vendors that show their customers a little respect or common courtesy. I've used Cardinal before, but won't inconvenience them again by asking them to do some work.
