It's not pushing air like my old unit and Alex came back today and spent almost 4 hours checking everything after another person came in and said they were only here to look, not to fix anything and i would have to call the company back to get them to send someone else. Alex was professional and courteous. I hope if I need service in the future, he is the technician that gets sent to me.
