So the electrical side of the business has been absolutely a1. George was as top tier as it gets. Hvac side sad to say hasn't been nearly the same experience. I can't get these people to take my money. My house was struck by lightning and this is the last step before we can move back in. It's been 3 days after accepting the job order and no word. I've called all three days and was told a tech will call me. Today I was told a manager would call me. None of this has happened. It would be 5 stars if it weren't for all this hvac problems. I must also say, the first person to come do the hvac estimate gave an outrageous 13 thousand dollar estimate for one section of damaged ducting. We said no, they sent another tech that quoted 2 thousand dollars. I don't understand how a company can be so great then so lacking.

I called Turbo on a Saturday when we were having the coldest weekend of the year. My heater had stopped blowing hot air. They sent a technician out the same day. Jay was able to get my heater working well enough to hold us over until Monday when he was able to order the parts to repair it permanently. Communication is poor from head office -- often mismatched messages across a single visit. This means that multiple techs need to arrive, meaning more scheduled appointments, meaning more of my time, wasted.The techs, however, when they have the correct information, are often well-informed, trained, and experienced.I'm really suspicious of sales, however, and after the sale, figured that original essential sales was not unnecessary. JMS needs to have tech visits before sales rep shows up.

Called on a Sunday to inquire about installing a hot water heater. Received a call back within 10 mins. Yes he could do it today. He had another call before me but called 30 mins. before arrival to let me know he was headed my way. Saved me almost $800.00 over another companies quote ( and that price was during the regular work week.). Very polite and clean. Will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.Other guy wanted to charge me $850.00 to install a drip leg. $20.00 in parts and 20 minutes time ha! You never know when you are talking to a former pipefitter.
