Leslie was great, nice, and explained everything. He got out to my house fast as can be that day and fixed the problem with the AC I was having. Very friendly service, and made sure the process was easy for me. Leslie knew immediately what the problem was and knew where the source was instantly. You get knowledge along with the service. Wish I would have called sooner if I knew it was this easy and cheap to have someone come out to look at the issue and fix it!

I called the company on a Saturday. They were able to send out a technician on Sunday. I mean it was very prompt service, and it didn't cost me a dime for the assessment. John Moore has financing, but I rated overall 4 stars because of the price of a new condenser. I may not use the service, although I know the service is top tier at this company.

Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. I had first scheduled an appointment for 8/20 Friday and they called Friday morning to cancel, rescheduled for Monday 8/23 and I got a call the tech was covered in mud and couldn't come, Tuesday 8/24 after my allotted time I got a call that they were running behind. This was upsetting however I knew someone that worked with this company before. Ricardo Teran showed up and was extremely rude and unprofessional! He told me the sink I wanted put it would not work or cost me too much. He barely looked at the area and then explained that I had to pay him $89 for him to show up today! That was never explained to me when I spoke to the receptionist and Ricardo was here for less than 5 minutes because in my opinion he did not want to do the job before he showed up! I am extremely disappointed in this company and I will be sure to tell my friend that recommended them to me never to use them again!
