Best Copper Plumbing in Houston TX

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

We needed a plumber ASAP in the Bellaire area. I called Perot Plumbing and Chris answered the phone and was at our location within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He fixed us all up and it only took a few minutes since he had the parts needed on hand. I would call Chris for any plumbing needs. As well as recommend Perot Plumbing to anyone.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in TX because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off.ORY's and special accolades to Charlie for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but Charlie stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation.It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service.ory's is my go-to plumber for any future needs.
