Plumbing was very professional the technician name was Eric he was very helpful on time stay late and got the job done and did a wonderful job I want to leave him a tip but I only had my card I was intent on calling a company and ask him how can I send him a tip he did a wonderful job I would recommend Nick Plumbing to anyone I will call the company Monday I just forgot to do it today but I will find out how can I give him a tip great job. My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Incompetent office staff. I had been a previous customer. I had set up an appointment, but no show or call. Called office and she said she would call me right back. No return call, so I called again later and left a message. Again no call back that day nor the next business day. Incompetent office staff. I won't waste my time with them again.
