They actually came out the same day , which was on a Saturday, and showed up on time. They did the work quickly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them. I had been experiencing very low water pressure in my condominium, which the community had replaced the water pumps a year ago. I made an appointment with the owner of Sternenberg & Krohn to come and take a look. He looked at my kitchen faucet, and dismantled it. Turns out the pressure was fine, but I had a broken safety valve in the kitchen faucet which was causing the low water pressure. He also viewed my shower faucet and said I should soak it in vinegar or CLR to remove the calcium build up. All in all he was in my place 10-12 minutes. He said he didn't like to charge for things like this, so he wouldn't charge me. I got a bill in my mail a few days later for $140 for 10 minutes of work. I appreciate honesty and integrity, and if a person says he is not going to charge, I appreciate he stands by his words.
