Plumber arrived on time and fixed our problem quickly. I thought the fill valve was broken but they correctly identified that the line was blocked and replaced it.

I called their company to ask for an estimate. It was within my budget. I was pretty happy with the service that I got.

The men from After Hours Plumbing Service were extremely professional and respectful. They took the time to discover the issue with our water heater. The patience and dedication really shines through. They even ordered a part and were able to return in a timely manner to fix it.I would highly recommend! They may not be the cheapest on the block but well worth the investment!

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

I had been experiencing very low water pressure in my condominium, which the community had replaced the water pumps a year ago. I made an appointment with the owner of Sternenberg & Krohn to come and take a look. He looked at my kitchen faucet, and dismantled it. Turns out the pressure was fine, but I had a broken safety valve in the kitchen faucet which was causing the low water pressure. He also viewed my shower faucet and said I should soak it in vinegar or CLR to remove the calcium build up. All in all he was in my place 10-12 minutes. He said he didn't like to charge for things like this, so he wouldn't charge me. I got a bill in my mail a few days later for $140 for 10 minutes of work. I appreciate honesty and integrity, and if a person says he is not going to charge, I appreciate he stands by his words.
