I immediately called this company the next day at the beginning of office hours and had someone here that day and problem was solved efficiently and very well-mannered respectful technicians to help resolve the issue and get me back up and running with no problems. I know when Peter comes out to my properties the Job gets done above and beyond. His communication of the Job completion is AMAZING. Super respectful, and professional. I can speak for most of the managers I work with and owners; when we have our weekly meetings or Board meetings if S&K was dispatched for whatever reason, Peter is announced with props. Recently another plumber was dispatched and was not happy with his communication and received a bit of rudeness. Peter was off but immediately came to help out and I felt 100x relived.
