The moment I called and explained my problem I was put through to a plumber. After a quick explanation I understood and was confident he knew exactly what was going on and scheduled me for a visit in 15 Minutes. If I was impressed with that then I was even more impressed when Mike showed up on time, did a very quick and efficient service on my whole house water filter and was the friendliest guy you could meet. Go with All Tex would be my best recommendation for any plumbing work you want.

They came out and uncloged my drain, did a very good job! will definitely recommend them to every one.

This company fixed a leak water pipe on the outside of my house several months ago. Yesterday I noticed that it was leaking again. By the way, this is the 4th leak in this same pipe. The plumber says that the lawn guys are hitting it with the lawn mower. i said i would pay extra to get it fixed so this couldn't happen. I admit that i used a few choice words when the guy started talking to me like i was an idiot woman. Then he said he would fix it for free. He drove away, and never returned. At about 4pm on fri night i called to find out what was happening. They had decided not to do the job, but didn't bother to call and tell me. The woman who i talked to on the phone said that it was my language that did it, since the owner is a Pastor. I guess i just got too much of being treated badly. I hope other older women don't have similar experiences with workmen.

My leaky toilet bowl was successfully repaired by the plumber. Even without being asked, he fixed a holder for my bidet spray. Very a great man! He contacted me again to see if he could arrive sooner. fantastic customer service.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

I know when Peter comes out to my properties the Job gets done above and beyond. His communication of the Job completion is AMAZING. Super respectful, and professional. I can speak for most of the managers I work with and owners; when we have our weekly meetings or Board meetings if S&K was dispatched for whatever reason, Peter is announced with props. Recently another plumber was dispatched and was not happy with his communication and received a bit of rudeness. Peter was off but immediately came to help out and I felt 100x relived. I again praised Peter and thank him and his communicating regarding the issue. Peter knows most of my properties like no other and literally loves his job because Peter is the best one out there.
