Best Basement Plumbing in Houston TX

I called about a problem with the pilot light staying lit at a lease property we own. I never like my tenants to go without the comforts of home, so I called on a Saturday and requested service on the weekend so they would not have to take cold showers, even though I thought we might incur extra cost. I was informed there would be no extra charge unlike what they told me at Church services which quoted a $ 189 Service fee!!! The Roto- Rooter dispatcher was very professional and explained their company policy and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. Mike Harris was our service technician and did a great job fixing an issue by replacing a Thermal Coupling part. He was a very nice cordial person and explained the problem completely for me. I appreciated his ability to get it repaired within an hour. I will definitely call them again and will ask for Mike.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!
