We are fairly new to the Rice Military area and recently needed some assistance with a water leak issue. So glad to have found Nick's Plumbing!Luis Camacho is the best. He was professional, friendly and polite during the assessment and the work phase. While there was extensive digging necessary in one of our front yard flower beds, he and his assistant were super conscientious about making sure that everything was nicely returned back to its original state. I could barely tell that they had been there. My toilet would not stop running or flush properly. The water was constantly running. I messaged VIP plumbing services and they responded immediately! I was told to text a video of my issue, so the problem could be diagnosed. VIP plumbing arrived at my home within the two hour time frame that I was quoted. They were professional, kind, affordable and explained in detail of the work that needed to be done. The toilet needed a new flusher handle and flapper. Good quality honest company! On the same day I called, last minute on my part, she scheduled an inspection of a very badly corroded, leaky length of pipe under my house. The next morning her crew was at my house. They cut out the bad sections, added new plumbing and completed the repair in little more than an hour. The price was fair and the work was fast and professional.
