Best Water Heater Repair in Houston TX

Very pleased with the service provided by Dan. It was a Saturday call-out, he arrived on time and took all necessary COVID precautions. Our leaking shower/tub faucet was quickly replaced with a new part which he provided. A few hours later, having cleaned up before he left, the job was done! Invoice/payment etc, was all handled electronically. Would highly recommend.

I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. Had to have my pipe from the house to the city sewer and received a few bids. Ed came out that day and gave me the best price, plus his guys were able to do it the next day and were finished by the time we got home from work! Seriously was impressed, now I recommend them to all my real estate clients, friends, and family.

They were responsive, affordable and honest. They quoted me $175 to fix a clogged pipe and despite the problem being more complicated than anticipated and requiring an additional day, they did not jack up the price. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to change the price despite putting in more work than expected. Will def use them again if necessary.

Great prices fast and professional work !!

Called Joe the Plumber to install new water softener and water filtration system in our home. Chris showed up on time and completed the work professionally. Was hesitant at first to use a plumber for this work but I’m glad I did. He ensured everything was working properly with no leaks or hidden damage. He even fixed a couple things over and above what a typical “installer” would have done.

I used Cardinal Plumbing 10 years ago to fix a leaking pipe in the attic. Mario did a good jobSo when my water heater gave out I called them again. I paid a lot of money to install a new water heater in 2012. Now this week I am having kitchen remodeled and my contractor tells me that the water heater is hard to start because it is too old. The water heater has a date of 2006! Plus the installer did not even bother to install a pan! I will never use Cardinal again!

Technician's friendly, but get a final price before work. To install only a water heater and replace pressure backflow preventer part cost was $900. While we can understand price mark up with demand the price was extremely high.

Expensive. We spent $1000 to fix 1 leaking shower. $1000 to replace the guts of the faucet seems a bit high. Plus they scheduled to come out one day but they never has us on their calendar

I called them last Monday and they promised to be out Friday morning. When they didn't bother showing up or calling on Friday, I called them and they said they were too busy and could not even let me know when they could come out.
