We had a water leak as a result of toilet over flowing. Brison’s crew came out and repaired the wax ring on toilet. Problem solved! What we thought could have been a major problem turned out out to be very minor. Much appreciated!!

I had an urgent plumbing situation w/ water leaking from a toilet in one of my rental units. When I phoned LaRues Plumbing, Morgan said he was busy on another job but would come over as soon as possible. Once he arrived he quickly was able to find the leak and fix it. He also explained everything clearly to me and our tenants and advised us on how we can prevent future leaks. VERY HELPFUL. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I visited homedepot to replace windows and doors worth over 20k. Every visit I had to wait over 30min for someone to help me. In fact, i called from inside the home Depot to get a sales person. Sales person said that I must pay for the installer to come over the house to measure. Paid $50 deposit and the installer showed up an hour late. No calls for over 2 weeks. Called home Depot for estimate. Received an estimate with inaccurate window counts. Called home Depot to resubmit. No estimate uptodate. Called Home Depot, sales person said that the installer quit. They have to send another installer to come and measure again. No one ever contacted for one month. Called home Depot again and the person said sorry I asked for my deposit back and went elsewhere.
