Glenn showed up early. He called and asked if he could come early as his previous job was done quicker then scheduled. Of course! He unplugged a tub drain, replaced a broken pop top, caught a running toilet I didn’t even know was running and replaced a flapper. He then double checked all the toilets to be sure. I love that preventive maintenance. Saves me water and money. He explained everything in layman’s language. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. I’d say I got my money’s worth and then some. Thank you Pueo Plumbing!

Steve's Plumbing service is great!My original appointment was canceled due to a Board of Water Supply Emergency but they were able to reschedule me to the next day. The time of day rescheduled was a bit hard for me but the representatives/dispatchers kept me updated and called right away when ever an earlier appointment opened up so I was really really grateful for that!Master Technician Martin was the best!! He arrived on time and was so nice and was able to explain and communicate to both myself (the tenant) and my landlord what the issue was and how he would repair it. Even though it's the middle of summer and it was really hot he never complained, he pushed through and finished his quality work in a timely manner.I'm really grateful for Steve's plumbing team and would love to work with them again in our time of repair need :)
