I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

If I can give 1,000/10 stars, I would!!!!!! Our A/C broke down yesterday and we were in a rush to get it fixed ASAP. We scheduled a trouble call with another A/C company (who actually installed our A/C in our new home) that did not help at all and so as a last resort, we called Steves Plumbing. BEST DECISION EVER!!! From my initial phone call with Ipo who was so sweet & was able to squeeze me in the same day, to our AMAZINGGGGG & HARDWORKING technician, James M. James went up and beyond. He stayed for 3+ hours to diagnose and fix our A/C. Every step of the way, he explained what he was doing, offered advice whenever he could, did extra things to make our A/C better (that he didn't even need to do) and so much more. I honestly thought we would be stuck without an A/C and sweating for weeks (based on what another company told me) but James came and got it fixed in 3 hours. 3 HOURS!!! My family and I are so grateful to him that we don't have to spend another night without A/C and that he genuinely wanted to fix our A/C. He made it his mission and he completed it! I can go on and on saying so much wonderful things about our experience but I think there's a word count cap on reviews - LOL! I plan on switching our A/C maintenance service to Steves Plumbing just because of James. James deserves a vacation, pay raise, and more - he is a HUGE asset to your company. I am claiming James as our official A/C technician moving forward. He's not allowed to leave Oahu. LOL!! Thank you again James!! Looking forward to our next maintenance with you. :)P.S.: The price was SUPER reasonable. For the work James did, it was totally worth every single penny.

Unbelievable this people coming to my building to do some construction work, First of all they are so much disrespectful and Loud, they starting work super early ,Super inconsiderate about tenants in the building , they screaming to each other in the hallway like day and they home!!!!

Service was great but their invoice system is junk. They will send you an invoice 3 months after their service with no address to reply to and no phone numbers to contact them directly on Oahu. Once you do find their phone number online, no one ever answers in accounts and they don't call you back! Frustrating!
