Megan in the office was very professional and responsive. Keone was prompt and efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend them.

They was supposed to be at a scheduled place at 7am in the morning 2 hrs later after many calls and text to after hour tech name lane finally answered phone call and told that he can't make it out. No phone calls was made or attempted to make a call back from lane. He could not even text back why he couldn't make it out. Very bad customer service. They even charging for checking out parts that needed. Crazy they shouldn't even charge for that.

Quickest response ever! I called in the morning and they said they could send same day. They called me back shortly after and said they could actually send someone right away! Paul arrived with a friendly smile, understood the clogged drain problem, gave me options and quotes. Very knowledgeable and professional. Mahalo for a prompt and pleasant service call.
