I had asked for quotes from 5 different places, but they were the ones I wanted to work with because of all the reviews on Yelp. They were very fast and professional on the phone. Their booking fee was $20 more than the other guys, but the phone person placed me on hold and asked for a discount to match the other guys and I didn’t even ask 👍🏽. The tech that came to our home was prompt and very professional and explained everything to me. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I felt so at ease knowing he knew exactly what kind of repair I needed. He showed me the set price and I paid half. They came back when my water could be shut off. He was on time on the dot and fast and professional. He even offered to fix disposal, he knew before I asked if I needed a fix. Our building is notorious for leaks and I’ve been through a nightmare plumbing experience in 2019. I am definitely using them in the future. They were their when I really needed them. I highly recommend Jeff and this company.

We have used Handy Andy for numerous contracting jobs for the past 4 years, and in those 4 years I cannot say enough praise on the quality of work. They have done remarkable work on our condo and have been very responsive to our needs. There was only one issue that we had and the staff was able to correct it quickly and meet our timeline. I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.

I discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink with extensive cabinet damage. I called Diamond Head Plumbing, they sent a plumber to find the leak and assess the damage. After he did that, the owner came to discuss with me the repairs needed and order a sink, faucet, and disposal right away. Then plumbers came to install, and a designer came to help me with the configuration of new cabinetry to replace the badly damaged one. All of the people who work for Diamond Head Plumbing were respectful in the way the spoke to me, and respectful in their behavior in my home. They were prompt in their arrival, did the job and cleaned up afterward. I dealt with the owner, the estimator, the plumbers/installers, and designers and all were great. I'm glad I called Diamond Head Plumbing.
