I have been a loyal RS Andrews customer for years and my recent experience is why I continue to be. Our system broke on a very hot day and we easily scheduled an appointment for a tech to inspect our unit. Our tech gave a thorough and helpful report on the issues with our system, explained our options and the costs that could be associated with each. We ultimately decided we should purchase a new system. Our sales rep was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. He was very helpful with the pros and cons of the different types of systems and the costs associated with them. Then our installation team was fabulous. On time, professional, courteous, clean. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will continue to be loyal customers with the great service and team members affiliated with RS Andrews.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
