Had a leak under the sink. Were able to send a technician out same day to fix the problem. Excellent customer service.

This was my first time using this company. Pierre D. was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and explained exactly what he was doing. I would recommend R.S. Andrews and ask for Pierre!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
