Had a great experience working with the entire Estes team .. from start to finish. Marlee, Erick, Laverne, Marcus and Jordan were all fantastic to work with. Needed 2nd opinion on an old unit and Laverne provided the best customer service reviewing everything needed, what to expect and more when ready to replace. Marcus and Jordan were prompt, professional, attentive and careful, when replacing unit. Didn't waste any time getting things taken care of in a timely fashion. Even though it was a 2nd opinion, and not who I typically have servicing on a regular basis, I switched service companies and highly recommend the Estes team.
