Curtis came and completed our plumbing maintenance checkup yesterday and did a very thorough job. He was personable and professional and communicated with us throughout the process. He also scheduled an appointment for a damaged valve and water leak to ensure we could get a technician out as quickly as possible and followed up to ensure we received the confirmation of the appointment. We also appreciate that Mr. Plumber sends text reminders as well as a text with the technician's photo and name when they are on their way. We've always had excellent service from Mr. Plumber.
