We had water leaking out of the ground near our water meter. We couldn’t figure out what was causing it to save our lives. We just went through a sewage back up and roto rooter restoration serviced our home and had previously cut the main water valve off at the meter. Called roto rooter to have them come back out and fix it. The field supervisor they sent out wanted to tell me it was just old Polly piping that broke and it was going to be around $2600 to repipe the line to our house. He would barely listen to me and didn’t want to even dig up the the ground to see where the line was. Erin from Delta came out, investigated, and solved the problem for us. It turned out it was a valve the whole time in the wall. Didn’t charge me anything and gave me a heads up on another potential issue I might face with a shut off valve in our home. Thanks Delta!!!!
