Chevy Gonzales, a service technician with Estes came out to our house last night after hours when we had been experiencing problems with our a/c unit. With a sick child at home it was imperative we get the problem fixed. He spent a good amount of time thoroughly diagnosing the problem, educating us and providing us with the knowledge to make an informed and smart decision regarding repairs and future purchases of a new system.
