Dream experience with this company. I just bought a house and was in the middle of my move when, two days before i was scheduled to leave on a trip, my kitchen sink starts backing up. I'm like Of course. I call a few places and they can't send anyone for a couple of days...I call PlumbPros and they said they can send someone within the hour. I think, Oh Geez, this is gonna be expensive. My technician Cole arrives and unclogs the drain, then proceeds to teach me about my water heater and how to change my instant hot water filter, answers my Qs about water filtration options, and takes care of another issue that came up on my inspection. After all that, I say what do I owe you, expecting the worst, and let's just say I was EXTREMELY happy with the price. SUPER nice, cheerful guy, very knowledgeable and compassionate towards my first-time home owner situation, and affordable, on-demand service! Can't recommend this company and technician Cole Ordway enough!
