Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. 1) They showed up on time as customer and plumbpros plumbing to do estimate had set time at 2-5pm,customer then showed shawn the problems to these 2 toilets. Then Shawn worked up the estimate and price was in the budget and we all agreed to the price and set up next day to do the installation and time and the old toilets were removed in a timely manner by Randall. He was very experienced in doing the job removing/replacing the two toilets and Randall cleaned as he completed each job in the hall bath and master bedroom bath .
