A truly fantastic experience! I contacted SLAM after reading very positive reviews from around my neighborhood on social media and on other online forums. We needed someone to look into a noise we were hearing when we turned on our water. I also asked if they could help with a couple of wobbly toilets. Scheduling was easy and the person answering the phone was very friendly and professional. There was great communication via email and text about our upcoming service. On the day of service, Jace from SLAM came out and was on time and immediately friendly and professional. He was very patient with all my questions and discussed with me everything he was going to do to investigate to hopefully solve our issue with the sound we were hearing. He kept me informed throughout his investigation and discussed with me a quote for the job before completing any work to ensure I was ok with moving forward. I felt their pricing to be very reasonable. Once he completed the job, he took the time to answer my additional questions and ensured that we no longer heard the sound. He also did a great job fixing the toilets! I felt in very capable hands and greatly appreciated the time and patience he gave. I will definitely use SLAM again for any of my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others. The customer service from SLAM that I experienced was superb from start to finish!

The issue started with two commodes not working. We had a serious drainage problem and 'pooling' under the master bathroom. We called a well known rooting company and had it 'rooted' several times; but that did not resolve the issue. In the following days, we had it looked at by several local plumbing companies, which resulted in quotes, but no specific diagnosis. We even had an inspector review it; and he did determine and advise us of the cause. We needed a plumber that could do that as well. When we called G Force Plumbing, they came to the house, looked at the situation and were able to determine several issues and the cause of the pooling problem immediately. That is why we chose them.
